About
Forest Miller holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from UNC Wilmington with a minor in Yoga Studies, graduating with academic honors. His background in both performance training and holistic wellness gives him a unique edge in developing athletes who are faster, stronger, and more resilient.
At UNCW, Forest worked in therapy clinics, gym settings, and the Division I Sports Performance Facility, where he trained conference championship teams and athletes, including the UNCW Men’s Basketball Team that competed in March Madness 2025. He now trains under Sherman Armstrong, former UGA Head Speed Coach and one of the world’s top speed coaches, at VAST Sports Performance.
Forest’s training style is results-driven—his summer speed camp at VAST produced measurable improvements in just one week, and he guarantees noticeable performance gains in 30 days of consistent training.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher, Forest also integrates mobility, stability, and recovery into his programs, offering athletes and general population, well-rounded development and affordable outdoor yoga classes for the wider community. Forest is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), American Council of Exercise Certified Personal Trainer (ACE CPT), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
